Cancellation policy

If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 7 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking cancelled between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. For following cancellations or in case of no-show or of anticipated leaving, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Please note that in case of reservation containing Holidays, you need to cancel 7 days before your date of arrival or entire booking amount will be charged.
